Nylacast Automotive and NN, Inc. will co-exhibit at the 2026 ATC Shanghai International Automotive Chassis System Technology Exhibition to be held June 35, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, booth number E54015. The two companies will present a joint booth and deliver a joint technical presentation during the exhibition.

About the Strategic Collaboration

Since 2022, Nylacast and NN have established a deep collaboration in the field of Electric Power Steering (EPS) worm wheel and worm shaft gearsets. NN globally provides high-precision worm shaft machining, while Nylacast supplies high-performance polymer-metallic worm wheels, offering Customers a complete worm gearset solution that optimizes NVH, Performance and Durability characteristics.

 

Joint Booth Highlights

Nylacast Safety-Critical Polymer Gears: Featuring four high-performance materials CF050, CF160B, EF198, MF979. Applications include C-EPS, P-EPS, D-EPS, SbW, E-bike, EHPS, ERCB, and Integrated Shaft (hub-integrated design)

NN Precision-Machined Worm Shafts: Showcasing NN's core technologies in worm milling, grinding, turning, and rolling (content to be coordinated with NN)

Sample Cell: The Sample Cell within Nylacast Automotive uses the same process parameters as full-scale serial production. Once parameters are optimized and samples validated, they are transferred directly to mass production, reducing requalification cycles and accelerating timetomarket

Dedicated Display Area for Worm Wheel & Worm Shaft Gearset Assemblies: Matched samples will be on display, demonstrating the complete worm gearset solution.
