(October 22-24, 2025, Shanghai) The three-day 2025 Shanghai Automotive Chassis System Technology Exhibition successfully concluded at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center (Jiading). The event attracted 416 global enterprises and welcomed 11,093 professional visitors, including 4,582 conference attendees. These impressive figures fully demonstrate the exhibition's significant position and influence in the Automotive Chassis sector.

At the recently concluded 2025 Shanghai Automotive Chassis System Technology Exhibition (ACTE), Nylacast Automotive received widespread industry acclaim for its impressive display at Booth 2111. During the exhibition, we comprehensively showcased innovative solutions for safety-critical polymer gears and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry partners, achieving fruitful results.

Throughout the event, the Nylacast team strengthened collaborations with existing Customers while establishing connections with numerous potential Customers. Participants showed strong interest in the outstanding performance of our high-performance polymer gears in light-weighting, NVH optimization, and durability.

In terms of our innovation display, we highlighted four high-performance polymers - CF050, CF160B, EF198, and MF979 – as well as advanced metal hub technologies, comprehensively covering application requirements from traditional C-EPS to steer-by-wire and commercial vehicle platforms. Through precision tooth profile design and manufacture coupled with Customer collaborative optimization, our solutions gained unanimous recognition from professional visitors for their performance enhancement, lightweight achievement, and NVH improvement.

At the concurrently held "2025 9th Automotive Steering System Technology Forum," Dr. Carlos N.V. Barbosa, Global R&D and Innovation Manager of Nylacast, delivered a significant speech. He shared groundbreaking innovations in material science and system integration of Nylacast polymer gears, establishing new technical standards for next-generation EPS systems.

During the exhibition, our technical video presentation effectively enhanced booth’s popularity and facilitated profound exchanges with industry peers. These interactions provided valuable opportunities to expand our industry network.
